eSITE started with a simple belief: every builder deserves an Electronic System for Integrated Trade Excellence.
Electronic System for Integrated Trade Excellence
Our founding principle — one platform that does everything, for everyone on site.
It was 2024, and we noticed something broken. Builders across NSW were duct-taping together five different apps just to run a single project. One app for scheduling. A spreadsheet for estimating. An accounting package that didn't talk to anything. A filing cabinet full of legal documents. And a phone full of text messages that counted as "communication."
We thought: why can't there be one place to Schedule · Inspect · Track · Execute?
Schedule · Inspect · Track · Execute
The four pillars of what builders do every day on eSITE.
But we didn't just want another app that looks good in a demo and falls apart on a dusty construction site. We wanted something built for the bloke checking his phone at 6am at the servo before heading to site. Something his apprentice could figure out. Something his supervisor trusts. Something the Building Commissioner endorses.
That's why eSITE means Simple Interface for Trades Everywhere. If a chippy from Penrith can't figure it out in five minutes, we've failed.
Simple Interface for Trades Everywhere
Because the best software is the software people actually use.
We didn't build this in Silicon Valley. We built it in Australia, for Australian builders, using Australian compliance standards. Every feature exists because a real builder told us they needed it — not because a venture capitalist thought it would look good in a pitch deck.
Behind every feature is a question we asked ourselves: is this Streamlined, Integrated, Transparent, and Efficient? If it's not all four, it doesn't ship.
Streamlined · Integrated · Transparent · Efficient
The four standards every eSITE feature must meet before it reaches your screen.
